重要提醒

⚠️

Making rice cakes from scratch requires a significant amount of time due to the 10-hour soaking period. For a quicker version, store-bought rice cakes can be used.

⚠️

The dough will be extremely hot after steaming. Be careful when handling it. Using an oiled pestle or rolling pin helps with kneading without burning your hands.

⚠️

The spiciness of the dish can be adjusted by changing the amount of gochujang and chili powder to suit your taste.

⚠️

This dish is best served immediately while the cheese is hot and stretchy.
