Green chili pepper (not very spicy):1 large, chopped
Hot pepper flakes (Gochugaru):1 tablespoon
Hot pepper paste (Gochujang):2-3 tablespoons
Unsalted chicken stock (or vegetable stock):1 cup
Potato starch:1 tablespoon
Soft tofu (or medium/firm tofu):1 pound (about 450g), cubed
